What's included
- An event day rental includes a house manager, one large classroom, and existing in-house lighting. Supplementary lighting, sound equipment, and technical crew may incur additional fees.
- Additional classroom space is available for $80 per four-hour period. Please discuss your event needs with Zankel staff to determine an estimated event fee.
- Livestream services must be requested at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. Post-event video editing services are not provided.
Rental requirements
- A Rental Request Form must be submitted to Teresa Rockwell, event and marketing manager, at trockwell@skidmore.edu before contracting, unless otherwise instructed.
- A certificate of liability insurance is required for all license agreements.
- A nonrefundable deposit equal to one-half of the daily rental fee is required in advance to secure and confirm a facility rental.
- Technical specifications for Helen Filene Ladd Concert Hall are available through Arthur Zankel Music Center or upon request.
- Food or beverage service in Zankel, including receptions and catering, must be arranged separately through Â鶹ŮÀÉ Dining and Catering Services.
