The Student Wellness Center

The Student Wellness Center is your go-to, student-powered hub for health, connection, and self-care! Staffed by trained Peer Health Educators (PHEs), it’s a welcoming space where you can get support and trusted info on a wide range of wellness topics—from stress and sleep to substance safety and beyond.

Swing by to grab wellness products, rent fun gear like hammocks and snowshoes, or just hang out with our beloved therapy dogs (fan favorites for a reason!).

We’re now proudly located in the brand-new McCaffery-Wagman Tennis & Wellness Center—and in Spring 2025 alone, we welcomed over 2,300 visits. Come see what the buzz is about!

Peer-to-Peer Support

Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are specially trained students who offer support on the health topics that matter most in college life—like alcohol and other drug use, mental health, stress, sleep, nutrition, sexual health, and more. Whether you’re looking for guidance, a listening ear, or reliable info, you can stop by the Student Wellness Center to chat with a PHE. The space is also stocked with free pamphlets and take-home resources to help you stay informed and empowered.

PHEs are also trained as anonymous, peer-to-peer resources for students impacted by sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM). They’re here to talk, listen, and help you understand your options—all in a safe and supportive environment.**
